Born in Russia, Christina Stogov studied law at the Humboldt University of Berlin. During her studies she worked at the Department of Commercial and Business Law, Employment Law and Comparative Law at the Humboldt University of Berlin. Christina Stogov completed her legal clerkship in Berlin, Hamburg and Beijing. As a lawyer, she has been working for HÄRTING Rechtsanwälte in the field of employment law since 2017. Christina Stogov advises employers, employees and works councils on all questions of individual and collective employment law. One of her main areas of practice is advising companies in all industries on the drafting of contracts, personnel reduction and litigation related to all aspects of employment law.
