We are delighted to be a supporting member of the Berlin Event Network e.V. (BEN) with immediate effect and thus support the event industry in Berlin. BEN connects players in Berlin’s event industry and creates space for exchange, cooperation and up-to-date information – both online and at regular networking events.
For over 30 years, we have been providing legal support to many companies and creative professionals in the event and creative industries. We know the industry and advise clients on contractual issues, such as rights and licences, service, sponsorship, agency or service contracts, as well as employment and corporate law. We have represented members of the industry in numerous court proceedings, not only in matters relating to permits, administrative offence proceedings, unfair competition, liability issues, advertising/marketing or employment law.
We are therefore all the more looking forward to the dialogue within BEN and to enriching the network with our practical experience in the future.
