For work done by our solicitors the German Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung (BRAO), the Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz (RVG), the Berufsordnung für Rechtsanwälte (BORA) and the Fachanwaltsordnung (FAO), the Berufsregeln der Rechtsanwälte der Europäischen Gemeinschaft (CCBE) and the Law regulating the activity of European lawyers in Germany (EuRAG) and the berufsrechtlichen Ergänzungen zum Geldwäschebekämpfungsgesetz (GwG) are applicable.

For the out-of-court settlement of property disputes between clients and lawyers, there is the possibility of out-of-court dispute resolution upon request at the Dispute Resolution Board of the Bar Association of the Federal Bar Association: https://www.schlichtungsstelle-der-rechtsanwaltschaft.de/.
We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before any of the above-mentioned dispute resolution institutions.
