In particular, we apply for AÜG (employment leasing agreements) permits, draft temporary employment contracts with hirers or employment contracts for temporary workers and assert our clients’ claims in court.

    In the context of issues relating to works constitution law, we draft works agreements, conduct negotiations with the works council and represent employers in the arbitration proceedings.

  • Advice for the HR departments

    We regularly advise HR departments on a variety of employment law issues such as on- and off-boarding of employees, drafting of contracts, preparation and implementation of dismissals and warnings, introduction of new processes such as working time accounts, monitoring measures of the workforce or compliance issues.

    We advise and negotiate the contractual arrangements for the employment of board members and managing directors, but also in severance situations, or the processing of such contracts through termination agreements.
