On 11 September 2026, it was that time again: the 7th IT Women Lawyers’ Day took place in Berlin – once more initiated and organised by Marlene Schreiber (HÄRTING Rechtsanwälte) and Nina Diercks (Diercks Law Firm). Granting time off during the notice period is often sensible and advisable for employers, for example to avoid tension in the workplace or to protect trade secrets and customer relationships.
