Jonathan Laux studied at the Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz University of Hanover and at Kyushu University in Japan. From the very beginning of his studies, he focussed on IT law and completed an LL.B. in IT and IP law parallel to his law studies. In addition to his studies and legal clerkship, he gained practical experience in a law firm specialising in these areas of law and in the legal department of a well-known AI start-up. He has been supporting the IT team at HÄRTING Rechtsanwälte since 2026.
