During her law studies at the University of Zurich, Olivia Boccali already focussed on IT, IP and ICT law issues. She gained practical experience as a research assistant in a Zurich boutique for media, communications and entertainment law and as a legal advisor in a counselling centre for asylum seekers. After her clerkship at a Zurich court and her legal internship at de la cruz beranek Rechtsanwälte AG, she joined HÄRTING Rechtsanwälte AG in June 2021 – initially as a lawyer and since December 2025 as an attorney-at-law.
At the same time, Olivia Boccali has been involved in the Schlieren municipal parliament since 2019, which she already chaired as parliamentary president. She brings her enthusiasm for legal and planning issues to the commission for the revision of the building and zoning regulations, among other things.
