We are delighted to announce a double award: Our law firm HÄRTING has been recognised by the Handelsblatt Research Institute (HRI) as TOP LAW FIRM 2025 in the areas of IT law and data protection law. In addition, Prof Niko Härting (data protection law) and Marlene Schreiber (IT law) received the award as Top Lawyers 2025.

The rankings were published by WirtschaftsWoche and emphasise our leading position in digital legal advice.

The award is based on an extensive HRI survey of over 1,600 lawyers from around 200 law firms. The colleagues surveyed named the most renowned lawyers and law firms in their specialism. The result: HÄRTING is once again one of the absolute leaders in data protection and IT law.
