Keivan Mohasseb has been working as a solicitor at HÄRTING Rechtsanwälte AG in Zug since June 2026 and specialises in contract law and internet law. Mr Mohasseb has a wide range of practical experience, including as a court clerk (at the Cantonal Court of Zug and the Administrative Court of the Canton of Glarus), as well as a research assistant and lecturer at various departments at the University of Zurich. Following his studies at the University of Zurich, Mr Mohasseb also worked as a university intern at the Swiss Embassy in Azerbaijan. His doctoral thesis, on which he worked alongside these activities, is titled ‘Digital Platforms and Contract Law’ and is funded by the Candoc Grant (a research fund for outstanding doctoral thesis projects at the University of Zurich) and examines the role played by operators of digital platforms (such as Airbnb and Uber) in the triangular relationship between suppliers, consumers and the platform.
