Konstantin studied in Halle (Saale) and completed his legal training in Dresden, including an elective placement in the ‘green department’ of a leading Berlin law firm specialising in intellectual property law. He then worked at the Institute for International Law, Intellectual Property and Technology Law at TU Dresden, within the Chair of Civil Law, Intellectual Property (in particular patent law) and legal issues relating to AI. Konstantin spent his first two years as a solicitor at an American law firm specialising in antitrust litigation.

Konstantin has been part of the IP team at Härting since 2026. He advises on matters relating to intellectual property and competition law. Konstantin brings with him experience in the field of digital regulation (DMA) as well as the civil-law enforcement of competition law claims, particularly against Big Tech.
Outside of work, Konstantin plays football and chess.
