Sally Kommnick

Sally Kommnick studied law at the Free University of Berlin and at the University of Oslo in Norway. Her studies focused on company law, group law and the law relating to corporate reorganisations.

Whilst still a student, she gained practical experience at two law firms. After passing her first state examination, she worked as an in-house lawyer for a group specialising in the recruitment of medical professionals, with a focus on data protection law.

She completed her legal training at the Berlin Court of Appeal. Her placements took her, amongst other places, to the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, to the corporate law and M&A team at the commercial law firm GÖRG in Berlin, and to ADVANT Beiten at its Belgian office in Brussels.

She has been supporting the corporate law team at HÄRTING Rechtsanwälte since October 2026.
