In the current Tagesspiegel study on the best lawyers in Berlin, Marlene Schreiber and Prof Niko Härting were voted among the leading lawyers in the capital. Both have outstanding expertise in IT and internet law, making them among the most recommended lawyers in their field.
The basis for this is a large-scale survey: More than 3,700 Berlin lawyers were asked to nominate outstanding colleagues in various fields of law. Self-recommendations or coordinated votes were excluded, and participation in the survey was not a prerequisite for receiving an award. The result is an independent opinion of the market.
