Lukas Bornschlegl

After completing his A-levels in Lower Bavaria, Lukas Bornschlegl studied law at the Free University of Berlin. He subsequently completed his legal training at the Berlin Court of Appeal. Lukas Bornschlegl has been supporting the employment law team at HÄRTING Rechtsanwälte since 2026. Prior to this, he worked from 2023 as a solicitor at a medium-sized Berlin law firm specialising exclusively in employment law. Lukas Bornschlegl has been closely involved with the field of ‘legal tech’ since his student days. Alongside his work as a solicitor, he has successfully implemented various digitalisation projects for the firm. Lukas Bornschlegl successfully completed the specialist solicitor course in employment law in early 2025.
