Vita

After studying at the University of Osnabrück, the Università degli Studi di Firenze and Stockholm University, and completing his legal training in Berlin and Neuruppin, Philipp Schröder-Ringe was admitted to the bar in 2008. At the same time, he completed a Master’s degree in Law and IT in Stockholm in 2010. Since 2012, he has been a partner at HÄRTING Rechtsanwälte, specialising in copyright, IT and data protection law. Since 2020, his practice has focused on events law, data protection law and litigation. Since 2020, he has also been recognised in the Best Lawyers ranking in the data protection law category. When he is not volunteering with ITechLaw or supporting Berlin’s creative industries, this father of two is a keen attendee at concerts, festivals and football matches. When time allows, he actively plays football himself, goes for a run or heads to the mountains to go snowboarding.
