After studying law at the University of Zurich, Mischa Senn worked as a court clerk for three years. He then worked for 5 years as a legal consultant at the Swiss Media Association. After completing his dissertation, he was head of the trade mark department of a law firm in Zurich. in 2000, he was appointed Head of the Legal Department and Head of the Centre for Cultural Law (ZKR) at the Zurich University of the Arts. As part of the ZKR, he worked as a lecturer in intellectual property and communications law, among other things. In connection with the research mandate in these areas, various interdisciplinary conferences were organised via the CCNR. In 2023, he completed further training in business mediation.
