Vita

Born in Prien am Chiemsee and raised in Tübingen, Lena Keller attended a linguistic humanistic high school in Bamberg. She passed her First Bavarian State Examination at the Law Faculty of the Julius Maximilian University in Würzburg in 2019. Her choice of major in “Global and International Law of Business and Innovation” paved the way for her pursued specialisation in IT law. Upon passing the Second Bavarian State Examination, she completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Bamberg and found her way to Berlin. Lena Keller joined the Litigation (Digital & Data) Team at HÄRTING as a lawyer at the beginning of 2022.

The use of creditworthiness data by companies can take place in two directions: On the one hand, companies access creditworthiness information in order to assess risks when awarding contracts. As a result of the Annual Tax Act 2022 (JStG), the Value Added Tax Act has changed as of 01.01.2023, in particular with regard to solar modules for photovoltaic systems including their essential components and storage systems. The so-called zero tax rate was introduced.
