Auf einen Blick: European Data Protection Board (EDPB)

Zum 1. Juli hat eine neue Überwachungs- und Entscheidbehörde über die DSGVO ihre Arbeit aufgenommen, das European Data Protection Board (EDPB).

 

Die Guidelines der Article 29 Working Party (aufgelöst am 25. Juni 2018) bestehen weiterhin und werden vom EDPB erweitert. Die meisten Guidelines des EDPB bzw. der früheren Article 29 Working Party sind derzeit nur auf Englisch zugänglich. Sprachpakete für weitere Sprachen sind in der Liste gesondert aufgeschrieben.
